Personal Training
Individual training is the best way to guarantee you reach your fitness goals. Arlo works directly with you every time you come to the gym to ensure safety, proper technique, and appropriate training progression. We recommend personal training for anyone who is new to strength training and to anyone who wants to get the most out of their workouts.
Individual Program Design
For experienced lifters who don't need as much coaching or accountability, we also offer individual exercise program design. After meeting with you to discuss goals and assessing where you are currently at, Arlo designs a program tailored specifically for you. Programs can be designed to use at our facility, your home, or any other gym, using whatever equipment is available.
Clinical Sports Massage
Arlo's bodywork is a blend of myofascial release and structural integration techniques to help you feel better and improve performance. The focus is improving alignment and joint mobility to help the body function the way that it is designed to. Arlo specializes in joint pain. If you are struggling with sciatica, plantar fasciitis, shoulder impingement, low back pain, neck pain, or other issues, set up an appointment!

Law Enforcement Training
Arlo offers a variety of law enforcement fitness and Jiu-Jitsu options. We can do any combination of TSAC (Tactical Strength and Conditioning) seminars, 4-hour DT courses, weekly Jiu-Jitsu or fitness classes, and exercise programs designed with the LEO in mind. We are happy to tailor a program specifically to meet the needs of your agency.
