Your Trainers

Arlo Gagestein, BA, CSCS*D, LMT
Arlo is a professional member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is Certified with Distinction as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is also certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as an Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist. Arlo graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor’s of Art in Human Performance Management and also from Myotherapy College of Utah as a massage therapist and certified sports massage therapist. He has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who in their Registry of Strength and Conditioning Professionals and their Registry of Executives and Professionals. Arlo is also a highly competitive volleyball player. In addition to sports, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Amanda, and Siberian husky, Frosty. Together they enjoy hiking, backpacking, kayaking, rock climbing, skiing, and snowshoeing.

Trisha Heersink, BS, CSCS
Trish is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National strength and Conditioning Association. She graduated from the University of Utah in 1998 with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise and Sport Science. She then worked as a trainer for the University of Utah Recreation. She is currently continuing her education studying Health Sciences at Weber State University.

Brandon Johnson, BIS, NSCA-CPT
Brandon is a professional member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. He graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor's of Integrated Studies in Exercise Science, Nutrition, and Technical Sales and is currently pursuing a Master's of Science in Sports Conditioning and Performance. He continues to teach strength training classes at Weber State University.

Specialties: Bodybuilding, figure competitions, modeling, MMA/Combat conditioning

Sariah Long, BS, LMT
Sariah has a Bachelor's degree in Human Performance from Weber State University where she competed in track and field and worked as a trainer for BASICS Sports Medicine. As an elite runner Sariah also made the finals of the 2009 US Olympic Trials in the steeple chase. Following Weber State, Sariah graduated from Myotherapy College of Utah as a massage therapist and certified sports massage therapist.
