We are now offering a 5:30am boot camp class Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the South Weber Recreation Center as well! Same great program, same great teachers, different location.

Boot Camp: FUN ongoing 8-week co-ed class geared toward losing fat and building strength. Class meets 3x/week and will involve a huge variety of training modalities. Expect to get worked with everything from stability balls, to free weights, to resistance bands, to school buses. We let our creativity run wild to challenge you in ways you've never imagined! Typical body fat loss is 3-6% in 8 weeks! Classes taught by various trainers.
Strength Training: The perfect combination of max effort, repeated effort, and dynamic effort full body workouts to maximize explosive power, strength, and muscle endurance.
Strongman Training: Our Friday strength training session, this class takes your gym strength and transfers it to real world strength. It is geared toward maximally increasing raw full-body strength and power in a short amount of time. No single muscle isolation exercises here, everything we do requires the entire body to work together to accomplish great feats. Expect to flip giant tractor tires, swing sledge hammers, push and pull trucks, and add incredible power to all your athletic movements! Taught by Arlo Gagestein, Brandon Johnson and local strongman Tua Meafua.
